6th Annual Winter Festival & Holiday Bazaar
Winter Celebrations Around the World
The Language Academy of Sacramento and the school Parent Association are proud to announce our annual 6th annual Winter Festival & Holiday Bazaar. Language Academy of Sacramento has hosted the winter festival since the opening of the school. The primary purpose of the festival is to offer students, parents and community members an opportunity to learn about winter celebrations around the world. An equally important purpose is to raise funds for the school’s cultural and art programs.
This year’s festival will include student performances in African Drumming, Salsa Dance, Mexican Folklórico Troupe and a very special kindergarten presentation. Some of the fundraising activities that we have planned are a pancake breakfast, Holiday Bazaar, Holiday Art Booths, and a drawing for a cash prize and holiday baskets.
Community artists will showcase their art and provide an opportunity for participants to get a start on their holiday shopping. Vendor opportunities are still available.
